The GDR MAQ-PHEE, Quantum Materials and Emergent Phenomena, is organizing its 1st plenary meeting in Aussois, France, from October 05 to 09, 2026!

Succeeding to the GDR MEETIC (https://gdr-meeticc.cnrs.fr/), the GDR MAQ-PHEE (url link soon) federates an ever larger community—physicists , solid-state chemists, experimentalists and theoreticians — with interests in emerging phenomena in quantum materials. The spectrum of themes is broad, ranging from fundamental concepts to applications, including research focusing on new materials and the use of innovative tools.

The GDR MAQ-PHEE also aims to open up to the international community by welcoming researchers from different countries to each meeting.  We are delighted to welcome Canadian scientists to our first meeting.
